Just off of 419 and east of Lockwood, this community sits on the edge of city and country life. 10 minutes to the east is the country town of Chuluota and 10 minutes to the west is the growing downtown Oviedo. Though it is on the edge of Oviedo, it still has the benefits of Seminole Counties top rated schools.” You are only a short drive from the Little Big Econ State Forest, a popular destination for hiking, mountain biking, and canoeing. Traffic is not a concern around the surrounding area due to the distance from downtown Oviedo.
